“Fantastic mouse. I have RSI on my wrist, so I am always buying and trying different mouse. When I first come across their youtube demonstration, I felt this mouse might help to mitigate my wrist problems. And it definitely helps, the air mode does not confine your wrist to a certain position for a long time, helps to relieve the wrist pain. The next surprise is the touch clicking, which further reduces pains due to the absence of clicking repercussion on the most mouse. Lastly is the productivity gain, when you do not have to move your hands from mouse to keyboard.
Now for the con part
The mouse keeps switching between air mode to surface mode. and this reduces the usability of the mouse, I immediately feedback to their customer services, to my surprise, they immediately roll out a new firmware which reduces this effect greatly. And promise a newer version that lets you choose air mode or surface more. I have to give them 5 star review just for this effort
On the whole, the ring is very well made, programmable, sensitive, well build, and ergonomic. The software can still be improved on. Given how responsive they have been to their customers’ feedback, I am sure the tiny kinks will be ironed out.”

Common FAQ's and Troubleshooting Steps

Wearing AirPoint® Ring

While wearing AirPoint® Ring, ensure that the magnetic connector (refer the image below) is in the direction facing fingernails and the LED indicator (refer the image below) in the opposite direction.

Pairing light turns off after 3 minutes 30 seconds

If no connection is made to the AirPoint® Ring for a steady 3 minutes 30 seconds, the green led in the mouse will stop glowing, and the device will disappear from the Bluetooth devices list to save charge.
To connect again, turn off and turn on the device.

Mouse cursor movement is fast on a surface

Cursor speed adjustment can be done from the system settings.

AirPoint® goes disconnected after several seconds of inactivity

All Bluetooth mouses goes into hibernation to conserve charge. AirPoint® Ring enter this state after 60 seconds of inactivity.

Update to AirPoint® Ring failed

There could be several reasons for a failed firmware update of the device. In any case, turn off and turn on the AirPoint® Ring to bring it back to its normal working.
